Systems Engineering Programme Manager

SII Group UK is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our Defence programme team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on complex systems integration and verification tasks, and contributing to the full lifecycle of systems engineering processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain system requirements using DOORS and Polarian.
- Perform IVVQ tasks to ensure systems meet design and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and validate requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Engineer within the Defence sector.
- Proficiency in DOORS and Polarian for requirements management.
- Strong knowledge of IVVQ processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with Defence standards and regulatory requirements.
Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
