Defence Programme Engineer

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team, working on a Defence programme involving complex systems integration and verification tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in requirements management and IVVQ processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain system requirements using DOORS and Polarian.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support the development and maintenance of ICDs and system architecture.
- Generate technical documentation and contribute to project review sessions.
