**Key Responsibilities:**
* Mixing and colour matching paints to exacting standards
* Painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a flawless finish every time
* Daily operation of the spray booth, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
* Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking and prepping
* Final preparation of vehicles after painting, ensuring a perfect finish
**Requirements:**
* Must have own paint guns and air fed mask
* Hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Keen eye for detail
