Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic Children's Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert emergency care to children and their families, supporting senior staff, and acting as nurse in charge of the department when on shift.
Main Duties
• Provide high-quality emergency care to children and their families in our busy Children's Emergency Departments
• Support senior staff and participate in the management of the team
• Act as nurse in charge of the department when on shift

Person Specification
• Registered Nurse Child/RSCN
• Level 3 Resus trained Pediatrics immediate life support (PILS)
• Experience working in an Acute Children's Hospital Setting
Desirable Criteria
• Previous experience working in a children's Emergency Department
• Practice Assessor/Supervisor Training
• EPALS/APLS provider
