**Role Overview**

The Pension Corporation seeks to appoint a seasoned Strategic Programme Lead to drive the implementation of its "Changing Change" programme. This programme aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its change management and governance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management, change governance, and portfolio management principles and practices. S/He will be responsible for assessing and applying robust processes to optimise delivery within budget.

The successful candidate will also provide subject matter expertise on best practice and industry standards in change management, change governance, and portfolio management. S/He will lead the development of project objectives, required target models, and deliverables at completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and direction in assessing and applying robust processes to optimise delivery within budget.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on best practice and industry standards in change management, change governance, and portfolio management.
  • Lead the development of project objectives, required target models, and deliverables at completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed plans, identifying key milestones, decision points, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within change and across the wider business to secure deliverables produced and signed off.
  • Develop a regular cadence of communication on key project milestones and activities, risk levels, and incidents.

About You

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in change management, change governance, and portfolio management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of project and programme management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of implementation of change governance and operating models within financial services environment.
