About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Leisure Sales Advisor to join our team at Village Hotels - Portsmouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and a passion for leisure and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet potential new members, showcasing our facilities and services to ensure a perfect match.
  • Understand individual needs and wants of our members, tailoring your service and communication to exceed expectations.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the leisure team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum.
