At Hampton by Hilton Gatwick, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized and memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
  • Pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
  • Help with the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
  • Help with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
  • Experience with xnPOS and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training and temperature recording and monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
  • A high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Flexibility with shift times/availability.
