Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Hemsley House Nursery School in Maidstone. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young students.

About the Role:

  • Provide cover for periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps
  • Support the nursery team in creating a stimulating and inspiring learning environment
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together

What We Offer:

Rates of Pay:

  • From £11.50 - £13.28 – qualified Educators – dependent on qualifications and experience
  • From £6.40 - £11.44 – unqualified Educators – as per NMW rate and demonstrable skills and experience
