Casual Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Hemsley House Nursery School in Maidstone. As a Casual Early Years Educator, you will provide cover for periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps, working variable hours, Monday to Friday.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality teaching and care for children under the age of 5
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create a stimulating and inspiring environment
  • Support the successful running of the nursery and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
About You
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years preferred, but unqualified Educators will be considered if they can demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5 is advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable
What We Offer

We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £11.50 to £13.28 for qualified Educators, and £6.40 to £11.44 for unqualified Educators, as per NMW rate and demonstrable skills and experience.
