- Design and maintain volunteer management systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Provide training and support to volunteer supervisors and oversee mandatory training.
- Champion digital tools to enhance volunteer engagement and communication.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in volunteer management and development.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to influence and champion the role of volunteers within the organisation.
- Competence in using IT systems, including MS 365 and Volunteer Management Systems.
