This role involves carrying out service and maintenance of lifts, as well as resolving call-outs in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Lift Service or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working with lifts and escalators.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Clean criminal background check required.
  • 5 years of employment references for airport pass.
