Job Title: Business Development Manager - Lighting Products

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Lighting Products to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting a high-end manufactured range of lighting products to principal tier 1 contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve significant revenue growth in the lighting industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at tier 1 contractors, including Galliford Try, Wates, and Kier
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector, including universities and hospitals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the lighting industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
  • Highly organized and capable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
