Student Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Support Coordinator to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Personal Learning Centre (PLC) and Internal Exclusions in Brent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the PLC and Internal Exclusions to maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure students comply with school policies.
- Lead the development and implementation of behaviour and inclusion strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
You will need to have:
- Experience of working in an educational setting, preferably with students with challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
