Resident Advisor

Here at Fresh we are excited to be recruiting for a Resident Advisor for Pavilion Court, our student accommodation development in Wembley, London which offers modern private student accommodation in a great central location being just a short bus journey away from the top universities, shops, bars and restaurants in Wembley.

Looking to stop working weekends? This exciting position offers working hours of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm on a rota basis where you’ll be working in an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment. You act as the first point of contact for resident and prospective resident enquiries providing exceptional support and service to ensure that the property runs smoothly and the residents feel supported. The development has some amazing social areas to resident to enjoy, including a cinema room, private dining room, games and TV area, on-site gym and study rooms available 24/7 - plus an amazing courtyard with a Treehouse and BBQ Area

As with all the members of our accommodation teams, our Resident Advisors are responsible for delivering a 5 star service to our customers. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Organising events and open days for prospective and current residents.
- Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail.
- Be the face of Fresh for residents Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued.
- Undertaking viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query.
- Ensuring that the reception and management suite is clean and tidy and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.
- Receiving and processing payments, and monitoring / chasing rent arrears when necessary.
- Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations.
- Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly.

The position offers the opportunity to balance the operational aspects of the role with the chance to create a social and fun atmosphere to build an environment where students want to live and work.
