About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Exeter area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and presentations of our clients' products in-store, ensuring that they are displayed in a way that maximizes sales and customer engagement.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will be responsible for setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service, with a passion for creating visually appealing displays and presentations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with in-store colleagues and client account teams.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative to find solutions to problems and meet deadlines.
  • Manual Handling: You will be comfortable with manual handling, moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Technology: You will be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
