Are you detail-oriented and customer-centric? As a Retail Operations Support Specialist at 8Bits, you will play a vital role in our team, aiding in various operational functions, overseeing inventory, and supporting the sales floor. Your contributions will ensure the efficient operation of our store and enhance the shopping experience for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the receipt, unpacking, and organization of stock deliveries, ensuring precision and quality assurance.
- Maintain inventory documentation, oversee stock levels, and guarantee product availability.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives by organizing and restocking product displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions.
- Assist the sales team with various responsibilities, including preparing sales reports and conducting product research.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing tasks, while ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to order new stock as necessary.
- Address any stock discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and improve the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
