We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Francis Hotel - Bath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
