About the Role

The LMP Group is seeking an experienced Tutor to join our Adults Skills Fund division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering remote courses and providing accredited delivery and assessment activities for various sectors.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience delivering multiple vocations, particularly warehousing and counseling. Your expertise in lesson planning, differentiation, and vocational skills development will be invaluable in helping our learners succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes.
  • Implement improvements identified through performance reviews and internal quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain professional knowledge, skills, and experience through formal training, CPD, and networking.
  • Embed Maths and English into delivery as required or deliver standalone as needed.

As a Tutor at the LMP Group, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering online and classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment.
  • Experience of working with unemployed people on programs that facilitate positive outcomes.
  • A history of working with individuals with complex barriers to progression.
  • Proficient IT skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to plan and organise your caseload and diary unsupervised.
  • A commitment to meeting and exceeding retention and achievement targets.
