**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design and Development Engineer to join our team at WR Engineering. As a Product Design and Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, as well as modifying existing designs to meet the needs of our clients in the marine and outdoor living sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop new products using 3D CAD and SolidWorks software
* Modify existing designs to meet client requirements
* Conduct design for production and testing
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
**Requirements**
* 2+ years' experience in product design and development with a relevant degree
* Highly proficient in 3D CAD, SolidWorks, FEA, and 3D rendering
* Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
