Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to fill a fixed term role covering maternity leave in our Northamptonshire-based PCN.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a skilled Pharmacy team and multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Package

The hourly rate for this role is up to £25, leading to an estimated annual salary of £52,000 based on full-time hours. You will also benefit from an NHS Pension, 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata), and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services
  • Contribute to patient care optimization through medication reviews and safe prescribing practices
  • Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy team and multidisciplinary team
  • Support the PCN's mission and goals
