Pharmacist Clinical Advancement Opportunity

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our forward-thinking team at Menlo Park. As an Advancement Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in medication reviews, polypharmacy management, and prescription checking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medication reviews and develop strategies for optimal patient care
- Manage polypharmacy cases to minimize risks and improve patient outcomes
- Check prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Your Qualifications
- Completion of the CPPE pathway is required
- No prescriptive authority is necessary; however, understanding of the prescribing process is essential
Benefits and Salary
This fixed-term opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £25 per hour (DOE), plus an NHS pension and 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata) + Bank Holidays (pro rata). You will have the flexibility to work fully remotely, with no extended hours or home visits required.
