HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Innovia Films, based in Wigton. This is a fixed-term role until December 2025, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional HR services to the organisation by providing support for transactional and strategic HR activities.
  • Ensure efficient employee administration aligned to the shared services model, maintaining consistency of service through the use of HR templates, checklists, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide advice and support to employees and line managers on people management and HR queries.
  • Prepare and administer employment-related documentation, input data into the HRIS, and maintain employee filing systems to meet audit requirements.
  • Process employee payroll information onto the HRIS, enabling the Payroll team to process accurate monthly payrolls.
  • Support the recruitment and induction processes within the wider HR Team as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR Management Team to deliver business priorities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Sound administration skills with experience working within a HR function.
  • Strong communication, planning, and customer service skills.
