**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing account strategies in partnership with clients and our Paid Social Director, and ensuring the successful execution of these strategies and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop account strategies in partnership with clients and our Paid Social Director
  • Ensure the operational success of accounts, including the timely and budget-friendly delivery of deliverables
  • Plan accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors
  • Manage and plan paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Deliver successful paid social campaigns and achieve key performance metrics

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Flexibility with Senior Account Executives moving up to a Paid Social Manager level
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
