About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Retrofit Policy Lead. As a key member of our Place department, you will play a crucial role in developing and analysing data to inform policies that drive our net zero carbon emissions agenda.

Our council housing contributes significantly to our carbon footprint, and we are committed to transforming our homes to make them warmer, healthier, and more sustainable. You will work closely with colleagues across the council to develop and implement policies that are achievable, effective, and equitable.
