About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and analytical individual to play a key role in delivering our transformational retrofit programme. The Retrofit Policy Lead will develop and analyse available data and evidence to develop policies that will drive forward our council's retrofit agenda.

The post-holder will work closely with colleagues across the council to develop and implement policies that are achievable and deliver our targets effectively and equitably.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and mission-driven team delivering the most transformative agenda in urban decarbonisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyse available data and evidence to develop policies that will drive forward our council's retrofit agenda.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the council to develop and implement policies that are achievable and deliver our targets effectively and equitably.
  • Contribute to the development of our Retrofit Strategy to deliver our net zero goal.
