Accident Repair Apprentice

AutoRaise is looking for an Accident Repair Apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the accident repair industry and earn a Level 3 qualification.
Your responsibilities will include working under direct supervision to achieve full competence and qualification, accurately assessing all aspects of motor vehicle body repair, detecting and diagnosing additional faults, and ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with industry guidelines.
In this role, you will also develop strong communication and negotiation skills, discussing damage and repairs with stakeholders, and assessing the cost and duration of repairs.
About the Opportunity:
- Gain a Level 3 qualification in Panel
- Work at AutoRaise's accident repair centre in Twickenham
- Mentorship from a senior qualified technician
- Learn industry proprietary guides and estimating software systems
Requirements:
- Age 16 or older
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Commitment to the 3-year apprenticeship
- Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (double) or Functional Skills Level 2
