Job Overview

Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in the Liaison Psychiatry Service. This role will provide administrative support to our service users and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent IT skills to manage various systems, including Rio, EPR, IAPTUS, AGYLE, and DCR. The successful candidate will be able to work accurately under pressure, remain calm, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and service users
  • Manage IT systems, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience working in a similar administrative capacity Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain attention to detail Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £24,907 - £30,451 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.

Location

This role is based in Poole and Bournemouth sites, offering a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
