About the Role:

The Resource Consultant is responsible for advertising, registering, and onboarding candidates for roles within the waste management sector. This includes central management systems updates, dealing with general candidate inquiries, and supporting the team in associated duties required to supply a successful flexible workforce to our clients.

This role involves recruiting for recycling positions within the waste management industry, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertising and registering candidates for roles within the waste management sector.
  • Central management systems updates and maintenance.
  • Dealing with general candidate inquiries and providing support to the team.
  • Coordinating staff holidays with clients' staff holiday planners to ensure full coverage.
  • Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car is an advantage.
