Job Title: Administrator

Opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced professional to join a dynamic team in Financial Services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage and savings teams, including complex administration, customer service, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer mortgage and savings accounts, including complex issues and commercial lending.
  • Deal with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with training and testing of departmental staff.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and maintain business relationships.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in complex administration and/or customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
