Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling department telephone calls and enquiries
- Managing emails and responses
- Booking and rescheduling appointments for colleagues and third parties
- Raising purchase orders
- Updating reports on Excel and in-house databases for other business areas to review
- Keeping client records updated and accurate at all times
- Problem solving and quick responses
- 6 months+ administration experience in an office-based role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
