Heavy Equipment Technician

Job Summary:
This position provides on-site maintenance support and corrective repairs on heavy machinery, equipment, and vehicles at various job sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system repairs in accordance with company safety protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system issues
- Operate equipped service truck with OE level diagnostic software
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective repairs
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Associates degree in diesel or automotive technology
- 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
