Senior Facilities Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Support Supervisor to join our University Facilities Team at Radcliffe Observatory Quarter (ROQ). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our Facilities Support Assistants, managing duty rotas, and ensuring high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Lead and support our Facilities Support Assistants, manage duty rotas, and ensure high safety standards.
- Security & Safety: Implement and monitor compliance with University policies and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and legal working environment.
- Senior Meeting Set-Up: Oversee the preparation and layout for events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Maintenance: Keep our facilities clean and safe, perform minor repairs, and manage maintenance tasks.
- General Duties: Work closely with the Facilities Manager to assist with Projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the expectations of our customers.
