We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Universities. As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our university campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team and create a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported.
  • Be a responsible key holder and use the till, take orders, and receive payments.
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
  • Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers.
  • Able to comply with legislation and follow rules and regulations.
  • Customer service focused and a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
