About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in driving new business within the brand experience sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, initiating engaging conversations, and harnessing your extensive network to unlock opportunities and spark interest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the brand experience sector and initiate engaging conversations to generate promising leads.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that leverages your network to deliver a consistent influx of fresh business prospects.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to meticulously manage, track, and comprehensively report on outreach activities, including monitoring interactions, gauging pipeline progression, and skillfully forecasting future opportunities.
  • Build initial rapport with clients to understand their needs and kick-start meaningful conversations.
  • Stay updated on evolving industry trends, competition, and emerging prospects to position our agency effectively.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our presence within the brand experience sector.

We Are Looking for Someone With:

  • A proven track record in business development within a similar creative environment; 3 years plus would be ideal.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong people, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to initiate conversations, stoke interest, and identify opportunities.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce.
