Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Sanderson, a well-established company in the Water Industry. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in supporting our Transformation Programme, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive enterprise-level architecture, incorporating a view of outcomes, business functions, roles, applications, networks, and data sources.
  • Organize and run stakeholder workshops to facilitate alignment across business functions.
  • Highlight any interim target states as part of architecture evolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in capital delivery, engineering, or construction would be an advantage.
  • Ability to create a technical enterprise architecture aligned to architectural best practices (TOGAF, Zachmann, etc.).
  • Experience in working within a bi-modal IT environment (ITIL and agile frameworks).
  • Experience of waterfall/systems V projects is essential.
  • Experience of engaging varied stakeholders to create an overarching enterprise architecture, leveraging existing systems landscape, requirements, and other artefacts.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable running stakeholder workshops.

Interview Process:

  • Two-stage interview process, conducted online.
  • First stage: technically focused questioning and experience review.
  • Second stage: soft skills, culture, and environment conversation.
