Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Highwood Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Support residents with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
