Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient document control support to all projects, managing company documents and project deliverables while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity throughout the project lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities- Manage company documents and project deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of documents throughout the project lifecycle stages.
- Provide efficient document control support to all projects.
- Extensive experience in document control and record management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience working on electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as ProjectWise, AssetWise, 4Projects, Business Collaborator.
