EYFS Curriculum Developer

FUTURE EDUCATION IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED EYFS TEACHER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN RICHMOND UPON THAMES. AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING ENGAGING LESSONS THAT ALIGN WITH THE EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE (EYFS) FRAMEWORK AND FOSTERING A STIMULATING LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES CHILDREN'S SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND ACADEMIC GROWTH.
SPECIFICATIONSRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY EYFS CURRICULUM THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF ALL LEARNERS.
- CREATING A SAFE, INCLUSIVE, AND NURTURING CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT THAT SUPPORTS EACH CHILD'S INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT.
- USING OBSERVATION AND ASSESSMENT TO TRACK CHILDREN'S PROGRESS, IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT, AND TAILOR LEARNING EXPERIENCES ACCORDINGLY.
- COLLABORATING WITH PARENTS, CARERS, AND COLLEAGUES TO ENSURE A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO EACH CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT.
- PROMOTING A LOVE OF LEARNING THROUGH IMAGINATIVE PLAY, HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES, AND EXPLORATORY OPPORTUNITIES.
- UPHOLDING FUTURE EDUCATION'S COMMITMENT TO SAFEGUARDING AND PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF ALL CHILDREN.
SELECT CRITERIA
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A QUALIFIED TEACHER WITH QTS (OR EQUIVALENT) AND EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING THE EYFS CURRICULUM.
- A PASSIONATE AND CREATIVE EDUCATOR WHO UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND COLLEAGUES.
- A PATIENT, NURTURING, AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL WITH A COMMITMENT TO FOSTERING A LOVE OF LEARNING.
- EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
