Residential Care Assistant

About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Park Hall in Stoke-on-Trent.
As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to residents as required
- Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Participating in activities and outings to promote resident engagement and well-being
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
- Qualifications in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
