Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Residential Estate Agency team in Banstead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct valuations and negotiate sales agreements
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of estate agents
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
  • NFOPP qualification or equivalent
