Job Description
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
  • Driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to driven overall profitability of the gym
  • Effective management of controllable costs such as; stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit
  • Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within your gym • Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard like seal checker, kronos, branch scheduler etc.
  • Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily
  • Reporting facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines • Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
  • Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on shift or not
Qualifications

Need to be :

  • Passion for health, fitness and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
  • A positive, solutions driven mindset in the face of adversity
  • A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when require
