About the Role

Recruitment Services UK is seeking compassionate individuals to join Hayward Care Group, a small family-run business prioritizing employee satisfaction and support. As a Support Worker, you will deliver outstanding care to clients, with full training provided for those without prior experience or NVQ.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting clients with meal preparation
Providing personal care duties and using manual handling equipment when required
Administering medication
Promoting clients' health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the fullest

Requirements

Share the same passion and values for supporting others
Have the right to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Are IT competent and comfortable using online applications
Work well in a team
Have a good work ethic and a positive, approachable attitude toward the role and clients

Rate of Pay

£12.00 per hour (weekdays)
£12.30 per hour (Saturdays and Sundays)
