About the RoleThis key position involves working closely with our client's Head of Brand & Community to develop and implement a social media strategy that boosts online visibility, increases customer engagement, and drives leads via website and social media campaigns. As part of our client's Digital Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns, analyzing user data, and making informed decisions to continuously improve social media performance.
Responsibilities- Create and refresh our client's social media presence, including developing engaging content and strategies to connect with target audiences.
- Develop and drive social media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, to achieve measurable goals and show return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving social media channel performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new social media technologies to enhance management efficiencies.
- Provide strategic recommendations on content creation, budget management, and forecasting for social media campaigns.
- Develop monthly reports outlining changes to the overall social media plan and track performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Familiarity with scheduling tools and managing social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions.
- Experience working autonomously with partner or third-party agencies and understanding how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining top-tier agency service.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
