Sparx is seeking a skilled Financial Excellence Specialist to join its Exeter office.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Financial Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly management accounts to key stakeholders, directly influencing our business direction. You will manage the Sales and Purchase ledgers, credit control, bank reconciliations, and more, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or relevant experience
  • Solid background in finance and CRM systems (SageX3 experience is a bonus)
