About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for designing TTM projects using a range of software, including AutoCAD Civils, BricsCAD, Cone, AutoTURN, KeyLines, and KeySigns. You will work closely with our design supervisor to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design TTM projects using industry-leading software
  • Collaborate with the design supervisor to ensure project quality and timeliness
  • Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and progress
  • Maintain accurate records of design work and project progress
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential design issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in CAD design technician role
  • Experience in a similar role or installations of temporary traffic management
  • Understanding of industry guidelines and reference documents
  • Competent in AutoCAD Civils, BricsCAD, Cone, AutoTURN, KeyLines, and KeySigns
  • Full UK driving license

Desirable Attributes:

  • BIM and 3D design experience/knowledge
  • IHE Temporary Traffic Management Certificate or working towards this

About You:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Designer who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. You will be well-organized and able to work to strict deadlines, with a flexible approach to working hours.
