Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team, focused on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
With a strong track record of success in field sales or account management, you will be well-equipped to manage a large portfolio of existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal Design Engineers to develop bespoke solutions that meet customer needs.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and requirements.
We offer a comprehensive remuneration package, including:
- A salary of approximately £52,000, based on your experience and performance.
- An annual bonus of up to £8,000, tied to individual performance.
- A company car, facilitating efficient customer visits.
- 20 days' holiday, allowing you to relax and recharge.
- A 4% pension contribution, securing your financial future.
