Job Title: Senior Specialist, Benefit Operations

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Benefit Operations to join our team on a hybrid basis in Chester. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective operation of benefits programs for assigned markets, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Interpret and communicate benefit plan provisions and processes to stakeholders.
  • Drive the implementation of new benefits and process changes, leading process improvement activities and projects related to benefit programs.
  • Conduct annual Benefit Surveys to assess program effectiveness.
  • Support the administration of wellness programs and vendors, coordinating wellness communications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in benefits administration.
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes, and laws.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills are beneficial.
