  • Lead from the front and work alongside our Director to develop the next generation of managers.
  • Confidently manage a large estate agency sales team and create a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about every opportunity and able to meet set personal targets while encouraging and managing the team to meet business targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales.
  • Ability to work at pace without distractions and meet set targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
