Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care professional to oversee the daily operations of our complex care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and clinical oversight for our client with a high-level spinal cord injury.

This role involves leading and training a team of healthcare assistants, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and fostering a compassionate and positive environment.
