Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Art Director to join our team at Ninja Theory.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a totally unannounced project, leading a team of 2 in the Tech Art Department.
As a Technical Art Director, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our games, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of art and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical art team to deliver high-quality assets and experiences
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement technical solutions
- Develop and maintain in-house tools and pipelines using Python and other technologies
- Work closely with the art team to ensure consistency and quality in art assets
- Manage and mentor junior team members to help them grow in their roles
- Proven experience in technical art leadership, with a strong background in UE5 and character/facial rigging
- Excellent Python and pipeline development skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Passion for game development and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible
